Responded to my request and gave me a credit for the box that didn’t work.

These are the only pads I will use. They stay on the pad holder and they keep the stink of pee down. Now if I could get my dog to aim better, we would be good.

I love this company, so on point and their products are on the level. My puppies never miss the pads, best out there and i have tried everything. I started putting a layer of the charcoal XL pads under each white pad and it has saved the day. I HIGHLY recommend both kinds. Are your pets as happy as mine? With these pads they'll be!
