the shake is exactly as described. I am diabetic and wasn't sure if I should use it, but my blood sugars have been very stable after after using the motivational shake for breakfast and occasionally lunch. I only use one scoop and its enough for me.

Thanks to dare I lost weight. Nice taste and very quick for breakfast. The only issue is price. If the price fell, I would buy a lot more of it every month, now I can only buy enough for 1 shake per day and I want to have two.

I love dare, nutritious, packed full of vitamins, protein and slow release carbs. I would waste so much money getting coffees that really had no nutritional benefit and now for the fraction of the price I can get something really beneficial to my health and wellbeing. to top it all off it tastes great and has great texture when mixed
