i work in security and the majority of my work is nigh shifts, its easy to sit around and snack on crisps and biscuits all night, the shake is helping me avoid the unhealthy snacking

the dare shake has helped me on my weight loss journey. I have it every morning for breakfast and that keeps me full for at least 5 hours until lunch, I occasional add a shot of espresso to my shake for an additional caffeine kick, its a really versatile product as i have even baked with it
