my wife got me started on this as she has been suing it for a while and loves it.. wasn't keen on the idea initially but must say its been a great breakfast alternative during the week when rushing out for work. Im more focussed at work and feel much healthier, must be the vitamins but its even helping me sleep better and feel less fatigued.

saw someone wearing the t shirt at the gym and then by coincidence saw an ad on instagram, bought it and im very impressed by it, its a premium product and tastes like it. No abdominal cramps or bloating like my whey protein and I love that im getting all my vitamins in one serving
