on a diet and have been using fitness pal to calorie count, having this for breakfast or lunch really helps with ensuring i get all my vitamins and keep track of my calories, I can just add water if i need it light, but for a meal i would add milk and sometimes blend with bananas to get more calories in. Its changed my life, I have never felt healthier!

love the shake but couldn't afford it every month, so I usually half it so it lasts me longer, I wish it was cheaper ill certainly order more

saw someone wearing the t shirt at the gym and then by coincidence saw an ad on instagram, bought it and im very impressed by it, its a premium product and tastes like it. No abdominal cramps or bloating like my whey protein and I love that im getting all my vitamins in one serving
