I am absolutely in love with the motivational shake. I add some more peanut butter and blueberries to mine in the blender and it is just the best thing after a workout

I struggled initially with the taste, a slight bitter aftertaste, when discussed this with dare they did suggest that the roasted peanut can give a slight metallic afternote, I tried it with coconut milk and this seems to have sorted it out.

my previous nutritional shake I had to use a blender and this I can just put in a shaker and go and its still thick and creamy, i recommend it to anyone looking for the same

I have been trying to gain weight, I have dare for breakfast and as a snack between lunch and dinner for more calories most days, I have more energy and many people commented how I look healthier, I also like the fact that I am getting all my vitamins in just one serving.
