I use the shake daily to ensure I get all my vitamins, I struggle with tablets so I prefer something like the motivational shake which also has additional benefits and ingredients like Maca, Seeds and protein,

I love the dare motivational shake as it is nutritionally balanced and clean, I am also anaemic and this is because i never get enough folic acid or iron in my diet, so the shake really helps me ensure i get enough vitamins and nutrients everyday, its probably why i feel so energetic whilst on this
