As a PT recovering from an accident and trying to get my health back, a good protein is important to me. I really like this one 😊 I tried it for a change, sold on the high omega which seems to be missing from a lot of brands. It's not obvious on the packaging but it does contain good bacteria which is also an important point for me especially if i am restricting calories. Quite a small scoop so ...

I have tried many meal replacement shakes, Huel, Yfood, Bulk etc and this is by far my favourite in terms of taste, texture and just feels much more natural and well balanced. I just wish they could make a a Higher Protein version for anyone looking to bulk or maximise their protein intake.

As a bariatric patient it is hard to get in your protein and struggle with snacking. I have the black forest flavour and am in love.. Most other protein powder's don't agree with me but having found this I am over the moon. Looking forward to trying the other other flavours. Loving the shaker too! Thanks Dare. :)
