Im a Nurse and I have one shake a day, usually for lunch as my working day is so busy It keeps me feeling energised and full. Ive also lost weight and feel healthy.

im cabin crew and have been using shakes like Huel and Purition for lunch for while now due to my busy schedule. dare is the best tasting of the lot and rich in flavour compared to the others, i feel energised throughout my shifts, fuller for longer and it has been good on my waist line. my friend at work recommended this and I must say it is worth the hype, I have used Purition and Huel before and this is no doubt much better, it mixes much better, taste great and leaves energised. I also love the brand and the great customer service
