I have been using the dare shake for over a year, just started using their Jaffa Orange and oh my God! its like having a jaffa cake milkshake, I cant believe its healthy and clean. The shake keeps me full, feeling energised and have lost weight and dropped two sizes in just few months... my next purchase will be the vanilla flavour

im cabin crew and have been using shakes like Huel and Purition for lunch for while now due to my busy schedule. dare is the best tasting of the lot and rich in flavour compared to the others, i feel energised throughout my shifts, fuller for longer and it has been good on my waist line.
