the dare shake is really filling, I feel healthier and energetic after having it and now I have it everyday, I mix mine with milk and occasionally blend it with blueberries and banana

My girlfriend and I have been using dare for two months now and we both love it, we both feel like we have so much more energy now, we blend ours with bananas and occasionally have half water and half almond milk in the shaker, which is lovely and very filling 😃

Now on my my third order. I have many food intolerances, really need to be careful with what I eat and I have not had any digestive issues with dare, its clean and healthy, its the only one I use now
