the shakes are super tasty, make calorie counting a breeze, are super convenient and most importantly, plant based! It's great to know I'm getting the right nutritional balance and all the vitamins i need for the day in that one daily serving

My girlfriend and I have been using dare for two months now and we both love it, we both feel like we have so much more energy now, we blend ours with bananas and occasionally have half water and half almond milk in the shaker, which is lovely and very filling 😃
