been almost a year of using this now and couldn't recommend it anymore for anyone looking to tackle tiredness, feel more energised and healthier. i have been replacing my evening meals with it and lost over a stone in 4 months

Recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and have been told i need to try and lose weight, a friend recommended dare, I used this for about 6 weeks and cannot thank them enough, I lost about 8lb, my GP said my sugar levels and HBA1C have improved and do not need to take medications for diabetes, Im really delighted and dare really helped me with adjusting my diet and lifestyle

motivational shake is a great for breakfast and post workout for me. They don't come better than this shake and have tried quite a few protein powders

Im not a massive peanut butter fan, chose to get the product due to the health benefits, i've used other shakes like huel and jimmy joy and did not particularly enjoy them, this is one is certainly better in terms of taste and texture, very filling and felt better in my energy, I just wish they had other flavours available.

amazing ingredients that are well balanced. I add a small amount of milk and a frozen banana into the blender, which for me gives it the best taste and texture. Have at least one shake per day and sometimes two. Very helpful product for those counting calories or wanting to lose weight
