The Monk Manual is absolutely fantastic. Not only is it a great system, but the Monk Manual looks and feels great. I use fountain pens all the time and it is a joy to write in. Taking time to reflect on the day, week, and month with specific goals/tasks in mind, as well as creating good habits, was something that I was missing. I highly recommend the Monk Manual.

It’s taken me until my 3rd manual to really get into it but the habit tracker is helpful. I’m starting with small habits, like getting up and going to bed at a certain time, writing letters of gratitude to people, which makes me think about their good qualities and the things I admire about them. The Monk Manual helps bring structure to my day. I love the prompts for reflection. It is not overwhelming at all. I love the way it ties in my big picture to my daily activities and how I am spending my time.
