It’s unlike any other planning tool I’ve used before. The Monk Manual has helped me to become more productive and less perfectionistic. I think it has something to do with its focus on integration of the whole person.

The Monk Manual truly feels monastic in the way it invites you to an integrated and a reflective way of life. The reflection questions stand out to me. I’ve found them equally helpful in a busy day at home or in a peaceful day on retreat at a real-life monastery (pictured).

I live in Atlanta and have been using my Monk Manual for 3 weeks now. Making a big difference already. I consider myself a very productive, organized person but this has taken it to another level.
