Would recommend to anyone sFALSE the entire day in front of their computers. This desk won't replace your regular desk if you need monitors, keyboard etc. but it does allow you to take your video calls, answer emails etc. The benefit is being able to stand but also not work from the same place every day which can get boring and tiresome after a while.
