It doesn't look like anyone else has mentioned this so thought I would share... after receiving the sink, I called Fossil blu customer service and asked them what they recommended to use to protect the copper. They recommended applying carnauba wax once a month, which I found on Amazon for less than $20. They said to apply once a month, but I've been applying once a week or so (this sink is my bab...

I looked at farm sinks online for about a month before finally deciding on Fossil Blu, and then this sink. I went back and forth for quite awhile on whether to do the traditional smooth front sink, or this fluted design. Order was easy, had shipment information in like 6 hours, and it arrived two days later well packed. It will be a month or more before our kitchen is done, but hats off to Fossil Blu for their operation.
