Sink was perfect in every way, except for one: Our contractor told us the cabinet could support a 36" sink, but this turned out to not be quite true. Had to return, but bought the 33" one, and I assume I will like it too, but maybe not quite as much as the HUGE 36" one I had...

I was already sold on FossilBlu when I saw they used 12 gauge copper for the sinks. And all of the reviews about quality only served to hammer the point home. However, what has made me a fan for life is the grace and responsiveness of their customer service team. When I experienced an issue that was UPS's fault, not FossilBlu's, the company still took accountability and made sure to make it right....

Great looking sink. Had to shim the bottom on one side, suggesting it isn't perfectly square, but it worked out fine.
