I was already sold on FossilBlu when I saw they used 12 gauge copper for the sinks. And all of the reviews about quality only served to hammer the point home. However, what has made me a fan for life is the grace and responsiveness of their customer service team. When I experienced an issue that was UPS's fault, not FossilBlu's, the company still took accountability and made sure to make it right....

Great looking sink. Had to shim the bottom on one side, suggesting it isn't perfectly square, but it worked out fine.

We put in custom cabinets and had our eye on a 36" stainless steel farm sink, until a friend who lives in the same town told us her newer stainless steel sink was showing hard water buildup all the time. She said she wished she had put in a white sink. So that got us thinking, and looking. We were pleased to find Fossil Blue - the price was fair and the customer service representative we spoke ...
