Kington is the number one golf course in Herefordshire according to www.top100golfcourses.com. The course offers unrivalled panoramic views. The free-draining moorland turf often renders the course playable when other local courses are water-logged.

A true links which is a fabulous test of golfing ability. Great practice facilities with a range, short game area and putting green prior to play. Warm welcome in the Pro Shop and Clubhouse. I was playing for two days in the UK Senior Golf Association and for the previous 4 days there was torrential heavy rain almost non stop. I fully expected to see the Course Closed sign on arrival and the pract...

Played it many times as a guest for 10 years and loved it so much i bought a lodge on Sea Rivers near the 8 th hole about 7 years ago and became a country member. So relaxing when I'm there and a few tees where I'm a few yards from the sea and then a couple of real ales served by the friendliest bar staff you could wish to meet.

Play here regularly, always in great condition, best course in the county, great views, friendly staff, there's a reason it's a qualifying course for the Open.

A challenging and varied links course set in beautiful surroundings. County card rates are very reasonable for what is one of my favourite golf clubs in the UK.

Fantastic day of golf to be had on this course. Quite long with large shallow bunkers galore, tricky short holes and thoughtful play required on most holes - lay up or carry the hazard? Nothing can beat the views of St Andrews as you go around the course and the view from the clubhouse is stunning. Every staff member was friendly and helpful which really added to an enjoyable day out. Give it...

Covesea is a lovely little Pay and Play with a honesty box if the owner is not on site. Fantastic views and just great fun to play. Great for beginners but also great fun for the experienced golfer. Sitting next door to the wonderful Moray Golf Club and with the fast jets from Lossiemouth buzzing around you will just love a round here followed by a walk on the beach. Dog friendly as well.

The oldest club in Southport 1885 with a fantastic history lots of memorabilia around the clubhouse. Good food and a warm welcome to visitors. Green Fees are good value for money to play a links course which is a good test. Plenty of Open Comps to enter. So much great golf on England’s Golf Coast.

Would give 10 stars if I could. Pennard Golf Club is nicknames #thelinksinthesky and has fantastic views from every hole on the coast. Situated on the Gower Peninsula near Swansea I can highly recommend a visit. Great links golf with well designed holes, some a little quirky in nature. A very warm welcome awaits with good food in the clubhouse, friendly pro shop staff and clubhouse staff. You w...

An absolute hidden gem. You don't have to drive all the way to the north to experience real links feeling. Southerness has it all and additionally the chances for sunny and fine whether a definitely higher. Worth a visit!
