I was pretty convineced that it was basically doing nothing despite using it for nearly 5 months, but my girlfriend said the other day that she thinks the bald spot on my crown is getting smaller, so I guess it is actually working!

Weirdly I can actually notice a big difference to how soft my scalp is. It used to be all hard and tight but now it moves around a lot. My gut feeling is that overall there's more blood flow getting to the follicles because they don't fall out as easily any more. Im a NW1 so my hair loss is very small at this stage, but I'd rather it didn't go back any further. I've been using the roller preemtively as it's shown to promote growth in the longer term. From my experience it can help but I needed to apply a fair amount of pressure before i got results.

It took about 4 months to see any results, but it does work. My hair is thicker, and my scalp feels way healthier. Just don’t expect overnight results.
