My hair actually feels considerably thicker after Shampooing with this. Whether this means the hairs are thicker and stronger or the ingredients just make it feel that way I don't know. But I do like how it doesn't strip the hair down too much, or at all.

I'm a student who can't always eat the perfect diet. I was worrried that I was deficient in some minerals and nutrients and that was causing my rather alarming amount of hair to fall off my head. Its been about 2 months since I started these and I am quietly optimistic it is helping, but still too early to tell for sure. Lets wait and see but fingers crossed.

My thoughts after 3 months on continual use: PROS: Its easy to apply before bedtime and doesn't itch like a previous minox product I used before. I can say confidently that I am losing less hair now. Its hard to say how much my hair has actually grown through on bald patches, but overall the effect is positive so I will wait to see how the next 3 months develop.
