Been taking the 2 capsules for 3 months straight along with the topical. I am seeing some moderate improvement. I also use a dermaroller and perform some light daily scalp massages. I feel like I'm attacking the problem from multiple angles and it's working well. I particuarly noticed there were some hairs along my hairline which were tiny and dormant for ages, now they appear to be getting bigger...

I was doing scalp massages with my hands for 15 minutes each day, and it just became exhausting after a while. Decided to look for alternatives and found this. Although it's not the exact same effect (massage vs more blood flow), the results have been good after just a few months with my crown filling in and my hair looking thicker in general.

The smell is actually quite good, at least compared to the Scalp Elixir, which for me was quite pungent. I like using it, especially with the scalp brush, it feels like its getting through a layer of dandruff. I can't speak to the efficacy too much, my hair feels thicker and with less hair fall, but if that's directly due to Biogaine I'm not too sure.
