I have been using it around 4-5 times a week for the last 3 months, for around 10 minutes each day and the bald spot on my crown had considerably less scalp showing through now than 3 months ago, It does appear to work on the crown area, frontal hairline looks pretty much the same, although maybe a slight improvement.

It's a bit of a pain to use each evening, but I just get set up in front of the TV with it on and I leave it inflated (instead of going up and down), and after a few minutes my scalp gets all warm. It's only been a couple of months so I will give an update in the future

Within couple of months and already an improvement. Wow. And my scalp feels much, much better and more relaxed. There's less tension on the top and way less dandruff and itching now as well. I ordered this supplement, the Shampoo and the scalp elixir and I started noticing an almost immediate positive effect after just a few weeks. I would say that the topical spray is probably the most important of the three products, but it is the most time consuming to apply everyday. However if you're serious about stopping your hair loss then I would definately recommend using all three together....
