So I have been following the Hairguard instructions to not Shampoo more than once per week and use only Luke warm or cool water. I also stopped using my other Shampoo, and started using this one. 3 months in my scalp is actually looking a lot healthier, less greasy and feels thicker. Taking this supp along with making some diet changes and have seen more hair improving in health, could also be a seasonal thing, or some other factor. You can never be 100% sure, right? But I'd say now it think it can't hurt.

honestly i'm not sure if it makes much of a difference. I don't pay close enough attention, so maybe it does. I lean extremely far forward when rinsing it out just in case it does.
