The customer service has been second to none. Sarah has helped answer my questions and concerns. I have enjoyed using it and getting that 'squeeze' on my scalp has been helpful. I use it after applying minoxidil as I think it helps with absorption.

I've been researching the affect of a damaged microbiome for the health of our hair for over 2 years and I do beleive that a damaged gut can lead to hair loss. I don't like the dropper. It's hard to suck up all the liquid, even when squeezing the pipette repeatedly. There's also this weird kink in the glass tube which isn't helpful. Aside from that I actually do like the topical itself. The liquid dries quite fast, most importantly though my hair does seem thicker since I started using it.

Be aware, there is no foam with this shampoo. If you like the idea of a nice foamy shower and hair wash, this shampoo isn't for you. That said, all that foam is going to do nothing for your hair health, so why have it. Giving this 5 stars because they stick to ingredients that actually make a difference, but I can see this wouldnt be for everyone.

My hair was really damaged from lots of coloring and straightners. This meant I had to chop off a lot leaving my hair very short which I hated. I did some research and found this tonic which was packed full of hair growing extracts and natural ingredients. Since using it the growth has been amazing, but only has it grown quickly but my hair is beautiful and thick again. Highly recommended
