For me, the Growband can and should be used as an adjunct treatment. It will makes other treatments more effective, imo, via reducing scalp tension and boosting microvascular blood supply. Its not a pure fix. And it will take a long time to work if used alone. But as a hair loss product I think it has it's place. Taking this supp along with making some diet changes and have seen more hair improving in health, could also be a seasonal thing, or some other factor. You can never be 100% sure, right? But I'd say now it think it can't hurt.

honestly i'm not sure if it makes much of a difference. I don't pay close enough attention, so maybe it does. I lean extremely far forward when rinsing it out just in case it does.
