My older brother has really thinned on top in recent years so I wanted to do something proactive to try and keep what I have. And this has helped. I even saw some thickening and faster hair growth than before.

Taking this supp along with making some diet changes and have seen more hair improving in health, could also be a seasonal thing, or some other factor. You can never be 100% sure, right? But I'd say now it think it can't hurt.

honestly i'm not sure if it makes much of a difference. I don't pay close enough attention, so maybe it does. I lean extremely far forward when rinsing it out just in case it does.

My scalp felt much better once I started taking this. I dont know if that is part of the regrowth process but it was noticable for sure. Then a few weeks later it appeared my hair was slightly stronger.

My scalp used to get really itchy after Shampooing and I always got dandruff, ever after using head and shoulders but that's pretty much gone away and my hair and scalp look great now.
