A topical shouldn't be the first line of defence against hair loss. Anyone with serious hair loss just using a topical will be fighting a losing battle. You will need to deal with the DHT. But as far as topicals go, Biogaine has worked well for me, it's easy to apply with the dropper and then massage into the scalp.

I've been using Maxoxidil for the past five months and there is a noticeable improvement. The hair loss has slowed down and there is some new growth. I'll definitely continue using this product.

It's quite a strange product, in that it tingles your skin when you use it, but now that I'm used to it and actually quite like the feeling. It's hard to tell exactly how well it's working since it's only been a couple of months, but my existing hair does feel thicker when I run my hands through it.

My hair has been slowly thinning since I gave birth to my first son. I made some diet changes which seemed to help a little, or at least slow down the thinning. I started using this as a beta user and I have now seen a small but worthwile improvement. Particuarly my centre parting where the scalp used to shine through has gotten a lot better in the last few months.

I was using minoxidil before but had to stop because I noticed my dark circles around my eyes had gotten noticably worse. Using the comb I didn't get any shedding when I stopped minoxidil, which apparently can be quite severe. In fact there has been much less shedding than usual since using it and hair quality is improving.
