In my opinion you will need to use the dermaroller with a topical product as most of the benefits come from enhanced penetration. I know there are studies out there showing it works alone, but improved penetration is still one of the major benefits. I use it with hg biogane and the two work well together. Easy to use and no stinging.

I was a bit nervous about the needles hurting, but as long as you apply gentle pressure and just get your scalp a little red, it’s not that bad… honestly, it’s manageable! ;) The real difference comes when you use the dermaroller with Biogaine. The serum stings more after rolling, but I think it’s because the tiny microchannels help the product absorb better, making everything work a lot more effe...
