It's a bit of a pain to use each evening, but I just get set up in front of the TV with it on and I leave it inflated (instead of going up and down), and after a few minutes my scalp gets all warm. It's only been a couple of months so I will give an update in the future
Had less shedding in the last 3 months.
I'm a guy in my early 30s. I bought this a few months ago, long enough to know there seems to be less hair coming out in the shower. Works as advertised.
