I've learnt through hairguard that dermarollers are one of the most important things to include in your regimen, so I use theirs each week religiously and it appears to be working.

It does feel prickly the first time you use it but after a few goes you get used to it. I apply maxoxidil straight after and it always feels like it's really getting to the follicles when I do that. In fact it gives a slightly burning sensation, which i like now!

It arrived quickly but to me it feels a little janky. Perhaps I just got unlucky. I guess it doesn't really matter if it works, so time will tell with that one

I use this with Maxoxidil every day, dermaroller once a week and I'm seeing new growth around the temples which were previously thinning quite badly.

I’ve been using this hairguard dermaroller for about a month now. It arrived quickly and was well-packaged. The needles are sharp, and yes they are definitely needle as opposed to stamped metal. It was a bit uncomfortable at first, especially on sensitive areas, but it’s manageable. I’m not seeing huge results yet, but it has only been a month.
