Besides my hair looking a bit better there are a few other improvements I noticed since I started with this product. Such as skin and sleep improvement. Hard to tell if they are related but it does seem to be.

I bought this for my husband who has been thinning on top for a couple of years. I decidd to go with this because I was a reader of the blog before and wanted to try hairguard. My husbands hair loss has definately been slowed, stopped and possibly even reversed. I honestly didnt think it would make this much of a difference. Could it be a placebo effect? I use this on my scalp and beard, and I've definitely noticed my beard has gotten thicker over the last couple of months. I haven't noticed that much yet on my scalp but I think that will take longer. At least it shows it does work to some extent.
