I've been doing manual scalp massages for 6 months and I've regrown more hair than 2 years on a full pharma hair loss stack. It works. I decided to use the gb to aid the massages, which can get pretty tiring. Now I use a mixture of both manual and GB. It's working really well.

I use this with the 1mm dermaroller and scalp brush. My scalp feels a lot healthier (less gunk under my nails when I scratch my head), and hair feels thicker after ~3 months..

I was glad to see that hairguard's dermaroller uses actual needles rather than those ones on Amazon that are stamped metal, which haven't actually been proven for hair regrowth. Very happy with my purchase :)

Ordered it last week and received it a couple of days ago, so delivery was very quick. I'm excited after reading other reviews but time will tell. I use this instead of minoxidil with the big 3 and the combo has worked really well for me. Hard to tell how well it would work by itself but I'm not changing anything for the foreseeable future.

The whole scalp tension theory seems a bit farfetched, but I decided to give it a go because of the guarantee. I can definitely notice my hair is thicker and there seems to be much less hair fall after 3 - 4 months of use
