Using the hand pump is slightly tiresome. But I have to admit it does work. I can feela rush of blood to the top of my scalp and it stays warm for at least 10 minutes after use, a sure sign that it does increase blood flow. My scalp also feels more flexible and less tough which I think is a good sign.

No real new growth that I can see at this stage but has certainly helped to reduce the shedding to a complete stop and my hair feels thicker. The smell, texture and ease of washing out is all fine. I plan on continuing to use it.

I have much less hair loss since I started the 2 months pro package 1.5 months ago, I could gradually stop Minoxidil that i have been taking for 6 years without huge post-hair loss. I will come back to update this review in couple of months time if something changes. Also the customer service is really good, Sarah was responsive and dealt quickly with my issue no question asked, very satisfied.

Giving this 4 stars because firstly I like biogaine. The smell is fine and it's easy to apply carefully and precisely and also easy to wash out. I just put it in 30 mins before bed and wash out in my morning shower. The supplement and hairbiotic I take in the morning before breakfast.
