I was a bit nervous about the needles hurting, but as long as you apply gentle pressure and just get your scalp a little red, it’s not that bad… honestly, it’s manageable! ;) The real difference comes when you use the dermaroller with Biogaine. Don't expect a shampoo to magically regrow your hair - you need to incorporate other treatments/products etc in your routine to really notice a difference. Having said that I do feel like my scalp is a lot happier and the hairs feels more secure in my scalp, so i think it is working.

It does feel prickly the first time you use it but after a few goes you get used to it. I apply maxoxidil straight after and it always feels like it's really getting to the follicles when I do that. In fact it gives a slightly burning sensation, which i like now!
