Weirdly I can actually notice a big difference to how soft my scalp is. It used to be all hard and tight but now it moves around a lot. My gut feeling is that overall there's more blood flow getting to the follicles because they don't fall out as easily any more. This is my second time buying this shampoo, so that should tell you I’m a fan! I believe it’s making a difference, as I’ve noticed less shedding since having my baby. I’m also using scalp oil and taking vitamins, so it’s a combination effort, but I’ll definitely keep purchasing this product. Keep in mind it doesn't lather, which takes some getting used to
