Besides my hair looking a bit better there are a few other improvements I noticed since I started with this product. Such as skin and sleep improvement. Hard to tell if they are related but it does seem to be.

use it with min and or fin. That's my advice. Can work as a complimentary adjunct treatment, but not really as a standalone.

I bought this for my husband who has been thinning on top for a couple of years. I decidd to go with this because I was a reader of the blog before and wanted to try hairguard. My husbands hair loss has definately been slowed, stopped and possibly even reversed. I honestly didnt think it would make this much of a difference. Could it be a placebo effect? I dont know yet but he is happy to keep tak...

The customer support has been excellent throughout the buying experience. I can't yet speak to whether the products are helping but I have seen a decrease in hair shedding so I think that's a positive sign.
