It has been 3 months taking this everyday and I have new baby hairs finally growing through. I ca see them coming through about an inch long now along the hairline and temple areas and thicker hairs are now growing along my parting, from what I can tell. This is so encouraging to see. The only downside it remembering to take them everyday.

I am seeing some new growth in and around my hairline. Since not much else has changed since the new growth has come in I can confidently assume that its due to this supplement. Only downside is remembering to take them everyday which I have forgotten a few times.
