I just got a new refill and the packaging came damaged. Also I noticed that the formula is quite greasy. Have you change your formula again? If so, the new formula is so greasy that it all stays in the adjacent hair and none is absorbed into the scalp. I bought this because of the detailed research that went into the ingredients. Scientific studies that show the efficacy of the ingredients is really important, without those youre really just shooting in the dark. I am using the spray in conjunction with a dietary supplement and a laser comb. I noticed that right on the top of my head the hair is dramatically thicker now than it was 2 months ago....

It made my scalp more itchy than ever. I tried to stick with it but the spray just made it too itchy to continue. I emailed their support and they were very helpful and refunded the topical purchase cost. I continue to use the other products.

Not sure yet. It started to work everywhere lots hair had grown back after 1st month. But my hairline is starting to look patchy again. Using Shampoo aswel. If doesn't work again may go back to retains. Had started using that for a couple weeks in beginning
