Would be better with automated pump, or just the same amount of effort as scalp massages. In summary it does help, but it takes a lot of effort.

I bought this because i didn't want to block dht throughout my whole body. This just stargets the scalp so I feel a lot safer using this rather than something like finastide which blocks it in all of your body.
