To be honest it's too early to tell how well it works, but Biogaine itself is easy to use and doesn't smell of anything really. I like using the scalp brush too. Loved the packaging, very neat!

Would be better with automated pump, or just the same amount of effort as scalp massages. In summary it does help, but it takes a lot of effort.
