One thing that worked very well for me was installing a shower filter. We're in a very hard water area. So I've been waiting to write this review for a while now because I bought the shampoo to help with my hair loss and I know that any kind of improvement takes years to show. So I didn't really expect there to be new hair growth, but I am very pleased with the thicnkess of my hair and new fullness.

It took years to loose my hair. Its taking time now but it's growing slowly back, thicker and stronger. Derma roller once a week and daily Biogaine with scalp massage for 5 - 10 mins. Simple.
