I feel like this could help thicken exsisting hairs, but don't expect miracles. If you're already bald then applying this, or any topical will do nothing except waste money. I have tried many different topicals, this one seems to be the best, as in, I have seen a thickness improvement after using it.

The fact that this shampoo improved my oily scalp surprised me. I've been trying to find a shampoo that actually works for years. Its' fairly thick and doesn't lather much, so youll need to spend more time rinsing it out after letting it sit for a while. Even though it's overpriced for the size, I'll still buy it.

I bought this because of the detailed research that went into the ingredients. Scientific studies that show the efficacy of the ingredients is really important, without those youre really just shooting in the dark. I am using the spray in conjunction with a dietary supplement and a laser comb. I noticed that right on the top of my head the hair is dramatically thicker now than it was 2 months ago....

It made my scalp more itchy than ever. I tried to stick with it but the spray just made it too itchy to continue. I emailed their support and they were very helpful and refunded the topical purchase cost. I continue to use the other products.
