The topical formula has changed since the first version. I have to say I do prefer this version. Please don't change it too much again, my hair is enjoying this bottle

I've been using this for 4 months and I am very dissappointed. I've seen absolutely no improvement and maybe even a small increase in hair loss. I talked to support but their replies were not helpful.

it doesn't lather so that takes time to get used to, but once you've adjusted it is a much softer shampoo. Hair feels much thicker/ less limp than with other shampoos I've used in the past.

It's a great product but don't expect much to happen for the first 2 - 3 months. Stick with it though and the hairs will come
