I just got a new refill of Biogaine and the packaging came damaged. Also I noticed that the formula is quite greasy. Have you changed your formula again? If so, the new formula is so greasy that it all stays in the adjacent hair and none is absorbed into the scalp. If you have not changed your formula, then your product is being tampered during shipping as this is the second time I get a leaky bot...

On the highest power setting it makes a lot of noise and also gives off a weird smell. I can only use it for 5 minutes at a time.

I do have a very small head and long hair so maybe it wasn't designed for me, but tt tends to slip off my head after about 5 minutes which is annoying because I can't just switch off.

I find this leaves my hair feeling quite greasy, so I can't use it in the morning. It's too early to tell if it's working, will give an update after a few months.

I've got to admit, I do think the Growband helped with my hair loss. It has certainly stopped what was a rapidly thinning crown. There may have been some slight thickening but it's hard to tell. However Im going to give this review 3 stars only because it has been a lot of work. Using the hand pump is a chore, so if you can make that part easier it would be much easier to use and get good results.
