I've been using the dermaroller once per week alongside Biogiane for the last 6 months. It's definitely had anoticeable difference on my existing hair, which feels thicker. There also is some regrowth coming through along my hair line :)

In my opinion you will need to use the dermaroller with a topical product as most of the benefits come from enhanced penetration. I know there are studies out there showing it works alone, but improved penetration is still one of the major benefits. I use it with hg biogane and the two work well together. Easy to use and no stinging.
