I never normally bother to leave reviews but since I started taking these about 2 or so months ago my hair has grown a lot back to almost full volume. My hair was getting so wispy now it has more volume and diffuse thinning has slowed or stopped completely.

I'm using the growband on and off for almost 2 years, alongside some lifestyle changes such as improved sleep and diet and reducing my stress and I can confidently say it has saved my hair.
