Found out about Hairguard through their youtube channel. They have so much info there and it's all really helpful. What I didn't realise is that yes minoxidil is the only fda approved product for hair loss. Although I expect this product is more aimed towards men I still wanted to try it as I found Hairguard through their blog and have found their content very useful and beneficial. I have noticed a small amount of hair regrowth but will wait and see what happens in the coming months and do another review then.

I never normally bother to leave reviews but since I started taking these about 2 or so months ago my hair has grown a lot back to almost full volume. My hair was getting so wispy now it has more volume and diffuse thinning has slowed or stopped completely.
