Although Im also using fin with this device, I am confident that it does help. I was taking fin for a year and a half with fairly good results, but when I added in a growband routine on top of that I noticed quite an improvement in thickness after 6 months. I was absolutely miserable losing boat loads of hairs each day. Pillow, shower, blazer, hair hairs hairs everywhere except on my head for very much longer.
